Find answers to any questions you might have
- Click on the Register button in the top right section of your screen
- Fill in the fom with your details
and click on the
Register button
- Once you have registered a new
account after
clicking the Register button, you can begin depositing and
betting
- Send an sms with the text BALANCE to 8855
- Click on the login button
- You can quickly check you balance
in the top right
corner of your screen.
- If you open the drop down, you can
find more
details.
- If you want to view even more
details, head over
to your profile by clicking ‘My Profile’ in the
dropdown menu and you can find your balance.
Voucher Deposit »
- Purchase an Premier Bet voucher from one of our points of sale. You have 30 days to make your voucher deposit as per the validity date mentioned on the ticket
- Create or sign in to your Premier Bet account
- Select the Deposit button
at
the top of your screen
- You will be presented with any active bonuses you have qualified for. You can choose only one bonus at a time and you will receive it after a successful deposit
- Select the Voucher payment method
- Enter your Voucher code. You should not include any “–” symbols. Select Next
- After your voucher code has been successfully validated, the money will be credited to your account, and you can bet immediately. Minimum deposit is 1 GHS and maximum deposit is 250 GHS.

- Create or sign in to your Premier Bet account
- Select the Deposit button

- Enter the amount you wish to deposit (min. 1 GHS – max. 3 000 GHS)

- Dial *100#. Choose 4: Make Payments, then 4: Generate Voucher
- Enter your voucher code
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit
- Select your Vodafone phone number if you have already added it, or add a new Vodafone phone number by selecting the New phone number option. Select Next
- You will be notified on your phone to approve the transaction. After successful approval, the money will be available in your account and you can bet immediately.
VISA Deposit »
- Create or sign in to your Premier Bet account
- Select the Deposit button

- You will be presented with any active bonuses you have qualified for. You can choose only one bonus at a time and you will receive it after a successful deposit
- Select the VISA payment method
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit (min. 10 GHS – max. 6,000 GHS). Select Next
- You will be redirected to the IT Consortium card payment page. Select Select and then choose your payment method
- Enter your card details (name on card, card number, expiry date and card CVC) and then select Make Payment
- You will be redirected to a confirmation page. After successful approval, the money will be available in your account and you can bet immediately.

- Click on the login button
- Click on the ‘Forgot Password’

- Enter your email
- Go to your inbox and click on the latest email received from Premier Vegas
- Click on the link and enter your new password
- Select your preferred Vegas game and press PLAY NOW

- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
- Select the Voucher option from the drop-down menu
- Select Withdrawal
- Your withdrawal request is automatically processed and your voucher code can be found in your profile on the Financial tab. You will need to show the voucher code in one of our agencies/kiosks to receive the cash
- Once generated, a withdrawal voucher code has to be used within 7 days or else you will not be able to get your funds.

- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
- Select your mobile provider from the drop-down menu
- Select Withdrawal
- Your withdrawal request is automatically processed, and you will be able to see the transaction successfully proceed via your account in the Financial tab
- Funds will be deducted from your balance and credited to your mobile account. Minimum withdrawal is 2 GHS and maximum withdrawal is 100 000 GHS.
